Order Processing
iContact Camera processes and ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed on the next business day. Partial shipping is not available. Your entire order will ship together once all items are ready for dispatch.
Duties and Taxes
Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their country’s customs authorities. These charges are not included in the product or shipping prices and must be paid upon receipt, in accordance with local laws and regulations. Please consult your country’s customs office for more information about these fees.
Shipping from Asia-Based Distributor
Orders fulfilled from our Asia-based distribution center will be shipped within 2 business days of the order being placed. We use the most cost-effective shipping method available to keep your costs low while ensuring reliable delivery. Estimated transit times range from 4 to 15 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing.
Tracking and Notifications
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.

If you experience issues with your shipment (e.g., delays, lost package, or customs holds), please contact our support team at support@icontactcamera.com. While we are not responsible for delays due to customs or local postal services, we are happy to assist where possible.
