No drivers are required for basic use.

1. Mount it

  1. Clip iContact Camera Go onto your laptop or monitor.
  2. Slide back the top cover.
  3. Select a mounting notch slightly larger than your screen.
  4. Reattach the cover.
  5. Adjust the flexible grip until the camera is secure.

2. Connect it

Connect it to your computer by USB, directly rather than through a hub or dock.

3. Select it in your video app

Choose iContact Camera. If your meeting app was already open while you were plugging in, quit it completely and reopen it.

4. Set the focus

Go uses a manually adjusted lens rather than autofocus, so it will not sharpen itself. See focusing and cleaning iContact Camera Go — worth doing once, properly.
