If you bought directly from iContact Camera, you have 15 days from delivery to return a product you are not satisfied with.
Before you return: check the basics
If the concern is image quality, first confirm your video app is set to HD. Many quality complaints turn out to be an application setting rather than the camera. Our troubleshooting guides cover the common ones.
Ordered the wrong model?
Our cameras are sized to your screen. Contact us before returning — in most cases we can exchange it for the right model, which is faster than a refund followed by a new order.
Starting the return
Email support@icontactcamera.com with your order number, the product you want to return, and the reason. We reply with a return number and the return address.
Include the return number with your parcel. Packages that arrive without one cannot be matched to an order.
Return costs and condition
For a change-of-mind return, return shipping is paid by you. For a confirmed fault, or an item we shipped in error, we cover it.
Return the product complete and in original condition, including packaging, manuals, cables and accessories. Where an item comes back damaged through improper use, incomplete, or otherwise not resellable, a restocking fee or deduction may be applied. We will tell you the amount before processing your refund.
We accept returns from outside the United States, but cannot provide prepaid labels for international returns.
Bought somewhere else?
Orders placed with Amazon, Best Buy, Staples, B&H or Walmart are returned through that retailer under their policy. Warranty claims still come to us.
