Download and install
- Go to the iContact Control App download page and choose the Windows version. You will be asked to sign in or create a free account first.
- Run the downloaded installer and follow the prompts.
- Open iContact Control from the Start menu.
Allow camera and microphone access
Windows privacy settings can block the app from seeing your camera, which looks like the app is broken when it is not.
- Open Settings then Privacy & security.
- Select Camera. Turn on Camera access and Let desktop apps access your camera.
- Do the same under Microphone.
- Close the app fully and reopen it.
If Windows warns about the installer
Choose More info then Run anyway.
Still not working?
Close any other app that might be holding the camera, such as Zoom or Teams, then reopen iContact Control. If it still does not appear, email support@icontactcamera.com.
