If iContact Camera appears but iContact Control does not, the order you opened things in is usually the cause.

Try this sequence

  1. Quit Zoom, Teams, Meet or your recording application completely.
  2. Open iContact Control.
  3. Reopen your meeting application.
  4. Open its camera settings.
  5. Select iContact Control.

Meeting apps scan for available cameras when they launch. If Control was not running at that moment, its virtual camera does not exist yet as far as the app is concerned.

If it still does not appear

Restart your computer, then repeat the sequence above.

If it never appears after a restart, the virtual camera was probably not approved during installation — see I can't install iContact Control, step 3.

Meanwhile

You can always select iContact Camera and use the camera normally without Control.
