The limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If your product fails because of a manufacturing defect during the coverage period, we will replace it with the same product, or a comparable model if the original is no longer available.

The warranty remedy is replacement, not a refund. Returns for a refund are handled under our Return Policy within 15 days of delivery — a separate process from warranty service.

  • USB connection and cable defects
  • Hinge, arm and mount failure under normal use
  • Secure Switch mechanism failure

Not covered

  • Products bought from unauthorized sellers
  • Accidental damage, drops, liquid exposure
  • Cosmetic wear that does not affect function
  • Damage from unauthorized modification or repair
  • Normal consumable wear

The warranty applies only to products bought from iContact Camera directly or from an authorized reseller. Products sold by unauthorized third-party sellers are outside our supply chain — we cannot confirm how they were stored, handled, or whether they are genuine.

How to file a warranty claim

  1. Check the basics first. Many issues resolve in a couple of minutes — see our troubleshooting guides.
  2. Email support@icontactcamera.com with your model, order number and a description of the issue. Registered customers are identified automatically.
  3. We run a quick diagnostic with you — most of it over email.
  4. We authorize a replacement. For US claims we provide a prepaid return label. International claims are supported, but return shipping is not covered.
