Select the camera
- Open Zoom and go to Settings then Video.
- Under Camera, choose iContact Camera.
- Go to Audio and choose iContact Camera as your microphone too — Zoom does not switch this automatically.
Turn on HD
Zoom defaults to a lower resolution. In Settings then Video, enable HD. Without this the camera is capable of far more than Zoom is sending.
Position yourself for eye contact
Drag the Zoom window so the person you are speaking with sits directly behind the lens. That is what puts your gaze on the camera and theirs on you.
If the camera does not appear in the list
Quit Zoom completely and reopen it — Zoom only scans for devices at launch. If it is still missing, see the article on your computer not recognizing the camera.
