Yes! Our iContact Cameras are plug-and-play and is compatible with macOS, Windows, and Linux using a USB-C connection. Simply plug the camera into your computer, select it as your video source, and you're ready to go.
Dual monitor setups
Yes! The iContact Cameras work with dual monitor setups.
For the best eye contact during video calls, attach the camera to the monitor you'll be using for your meeting. If you frequently switch between monitors, simply move the camera to the display you'll be looking at before your call.
iPad compatibility
If you intend to use your iContact Camera with an iPad, we recommend the iContact Camera ProMini for the best fit and compatibility.
Yes! Our cameras are compatible with USB-C iPad models that support third-party UVC (USB Video Class) webcams and are running iPadOS 17 or later.
Supported iPad models include:
- iPad Pro 11-inch (1st generation and later)
- iPad Pro 12.9-inch (3rd generation and later)
- iPad Air (4th generation and later with USB-C)
- iPad (10th generation and later with USB-C)
- iPad mini (6th generation and later with USB-C)
Once connected, your iContact Camera can be used with compatible apps that support external webcams, such as FaceTime, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and other video conferencing applications.
Please note: iContact Camera is not compatible with older iPad models that use Lightning ports or with iPads running earlier versions of iPadOS that do not support third-party UVC webcams.
Phones and tablets
iContact Cameras are designed primarily for laptops and computers. Android phones and tablets are not supported.
Windows Hello
Yes! The iContact Camera ProHello is the only iContact Camera model compatible with Windows Hello facial recognition.

It features a built-in infrared (IR) camera for secure, password-free sign-in, making it the only iContact Camera model with Windows Hello support.
