How to Enable HD Video

For the best video quality, make sure your camera is selected correctly in your video calling app.

Zoom

  1. Open Zoom.
  2. Go to Settings → Video & effects → Camera.
  3. Turn on HD video.
  4. Select iContact Camera for normal plug-and-play use, or iContact Control if you want your Control app settings applied to your video.

Microsoft Teams

  1. Open Microsoft Teams.
  2. Go to Settings → Devices.
  3. Under Camera, select iContact Camera for normal use, or iContact Control if you want your Control app settings applied.
  4. Turn off Automatically adjust camera controls if you want to manually adjust the available camera settings.

Note: Teams does not currently provide a general HD or resolution selector for standard video calls. Video quality is automatically managed based on your device and network conditions.

Google Meet

  1. Open Google Meet.
  2. Go to Settings → Video.
  3. Under Send resolution, select 720p HD or 1080p Full HD, if available.
  4. Under Camera, select iContact Camera for normal use, or iContact Control if you want your Control app settings applied.
  5. Click Done.

Tip: If you’re using iContact Control, open the app first and make your camera adjustments before opening your video calling app. Then select iContact Control as your camera source.
