Use your camera with Microsoft Teams

Select the camera

  1. In Teams, open Settings then Devices.
  2. Under Camera, choose iContact Camera.
  3. Under Microphone, choose iContact Camera as well.
  4. Use the preview to confirm before you join.

Set it during a call

Already in a meeting? Open the More menu, choose Settings then Device settings, and switch camera and microphone there without leaving the call.

Position yourself for eye contact

Move the Teams window so the speaker's video sits directly behind the lens.

If the camera does not appear

Teams needs a full restart to detect a newly connected camera — quit it from the system tray, not just the window, then reopen. On Windows, also confirm that Let desktop apps access your camera is on in privacy settings.
