I wanted to level up my setup, and this cam solved it. My old camera was way too high, the angle was terrible, and it didn’t look professional for meetings, webinars, or videos. This cam fixed all of that.
The only thing I wish it could do is work better in the folded position. It does work folded, but the lens cover gets in the way and the image ends up sideways. It would be great if I could rotate the cam from my Steam Deck and toggle the lens cover or turn it off somehow.
But honestly, that’s just me nitpicking. Overall, this cam is an awesome choice.
I’m so happy that I received my iContact Camera Pro the other day and installed it! I can can say it’s the best out there and enjoying my conversations with my clients.
I love the low profile. It fits perfectly between the top of my monitor and the edge of my Transformer Table. The difference in engagement with attendees to my meetings is noticeable. Easy to set up with my MacBook. Love it.
We've move all of our client facing advisors to iContact Camera Pro. The change is in how potential and current clients react is subtle but noticable. I feel we have a better connection with them as we're not looking off into space while talking to them. The only drawback It has is the microphone isn't quite as good as the camera. Then again it's better than the ones Logi uses. All in all I'm never going back to a standard webcam.
The camera works very well and incredibly easy to set. Plug and play. The only thing that I would suggest is a notification light that turns on when the camera is activated. Would help remind the user that the camera is on if they've minimized their screen.
Camera quality is way better than I expected. Controls are great (I actually use Logi Tune with it though). Light panel is ok. Would be better if it could be set up to turn on/off based on the camera and if brightness could be controlled with on-screen controls. Also an adjustable height lever on the camera arm would be better for different screen sizes.
Pretty simple - camera gets out of the way when not in use and drops into the middle of the screen when needed. I value looking at people in the eye - and am bothered when people are staring off to the side or up or down during calls. My only suggestion to the iContact team is to add a mechanical shutter so people physically can’t see me when not using the camera. It would be really simple to add.
I was looking for a camera cover for my iContact camera. I love the camera and needed a security solution. Found the camera pro lens cover on their site and it’s amazing. It perfectly covers the camera when not in use and gives me peace of mind when not using the camera for meetings. Thank you!
I much prefer a central camera that allows me to look at the screen while still looking at my patient. When my second central camera broke, I tried a new brand, and this one appears to be much sturdier. I’ll let you know in a year! So far, the only problem is a slight lag
Had for a week. Best camera for eye contact so far! Kind of weird you have to pay $8 for the lens cover tho given what it is.
The lense cover is perfect and does exactly what it describes--provides an actual barrier to the to video until you're ready to share your camera. Before I got this lense cover, I created my own makeshift cover. This one is so much better and is actually designed to work with your iCamera device. I strongly recommend this product!
I don’t know why I hesitated so long to get the iContact webcam. It’s perfect!
The camera sits where the other person appears on the screen, and can be swung away between meetings. I really like the control app which works wonderfully on a Mac, allowing me complete control of the zoom ratio and color balancing settings. The image looks great in Zoom meetings. I’m very satisfied.

As I do sensitive work, keeping a webcam lens covered to protect against hackers is essential. I love my iContact camera, but its lack of a security shutter was an issue. This add on device solves that completely. It looks great and works great.
Using the camera is a game changer. I’m on zoom 5-6 hours a day, conversations are more natural. I also got the microphone and it works fine

While the UHD 4K resolution is decent, it falls short compared to my previous 4K webcam, producing a grainier output—likely due to the super small camera lens. Additionally, the lack of an indicator light or lens privacy cover raises security concerns. To mitigate this, I ensure the camera cable is disconnected when not in use. Overall, it’s effective for improving video presence and I am happy with it, but some key design elements could be refined.
I LOVE this camera, allowing for a much more personal experience with online meetings. I’m impressed by its quality and functionality, especially combined with the iContactControl app. This thing is a MUST have for people who want to connect better in their online meetings.

For great eye to eye contact at my desk system at my home is an iVi system by Lumira is my goto…to bring on the road….That is where the Iconnect Camera is the star. Fits in my carry on with my computer and cables. At some hotels I have mounted the Iconnect Csm on the big screen in the room. The quality is high and the price great.
The Pro Light Panel works very well, and I am enjoying the way my sessions look with this lighting.
