First, lower the camera arm and connect the camera. Then select it in your app.

Which camera should I select?

iContact Camera — for normal plug-and-play use.

iContact Control — when you want the settings from the iContact Control app applied to your video. Open Control first, then select it in your meeting app.

Where the setting lives

  • Zoom — Settings > Video & Effects > Camera
  • Microsoft Teams — Settings > Devices > Camera
  • Google Meet — Settings > Video > Camera

ProHello

Use the main iContact Camera for video. The infrared camera is for Windows Hello facial recognition and will look unusual on a call.

If your camera does not appear

Make sure the arm is fully lowered, then quit and reopen your meeting application. Apps scan for cameras at launch, so a camera connected mid-session often will not show until you restart the app.
