The All-In-One Conference Bar handles camera, microphone and speaker for a meeting room from a single device.
Which configuration do you have?
The Conference Bar is sold in two configurations — with the 360° extension microphone, and without it. The bar itself is identical; the extension mic adds tabletop pickup for larger rooms and longer tables.
If there is no extension mic in your box, that is expected for the standard configuration, not a missing part. The bar's built-in array covers small to medium rooms on its own.
1. Position it
Place the Conference Bar above or below your room display, with a clear view of everyone at the table.
2. Connect power
Connect the supplied power adapter. Unlike our personal cameras, the Conference Bar is not USB-powered — it will not work on USB alone.
3. Connect your computer
Connect your laptop or room computer by USB. If you are using the room display, connect the Conference Bar's HDMI output to the display.
4. Select it in your meeting app — all three times
In Zoom, Teams, Meet, Webex or your preferred app, select the All-In-One Conference Bar for camera, microphone and speaker.
This is the step people miss. Meeting apps set these three independently, and picking the Bar as camera while leaving the laptop as microphone and speaker is what produces echo, one-way audio, and “nobody can hear the far end”.
5. Choose a framing mode
Use the remote to pick the mode that suits the meeting:
- Group framing keeps the whole group centred
- Speaker tracking follows whoever is talking
6. Connect the 360° extension microphone, if you have one
Connect it to the bar using the supplied cable and place it in the middle of the table. Use it for larger rooms, longer tables, or whenever people at the far end are hard to hear.
If something is not working
- Echo, or the room hears itself — the speaker and microphone are set to different devices. Set all three to the Conference Bar, and make sure no laptop in the room has its own microphone live.
- No picture — check the power adapter is connected, then quit and reopen the meeting app. Apps only scan for cameras at launch.
- People at the far end of the table sound distant — if you have the 360° extension microphone, connect it and place it mid-table. If you have the standard configuration, the extension mic can be added separately.
- Framing is not following anyone — check the mode on the remote; group framing deliberately holds still.
