Yes — with one model. ProMini is the only iContact camera compatible with iPads. It works with USB-C iPads that support an external USB webcam, in apps that offer one.

Why ProMini

Its shorter arm is designed for smaller screens, so it sits correctly on an iPad rather than overhanging it. The larger models are sized for desktop monitors and are not designed for iPad use.

How to connect

  1. Connect ProMini to your iPad by USB-C. Use a cable that carries data — charge-only cables look identical and will not work.
  2. Lower the camera arm — the camera and microphones are powered off when the arm is folded up.
  3. Open your video app and select the external camera.

If no external camera option appears

Not every iPad app supports one. Zoom, Teams and Meet generally do; some smaller apps do not. Test in a different app before assuming the camera is at fault — and check the arm is fully down.
