Depending on your setup, your video app may list more than one iContact option.
iContact Camera
The camera itself. Use this for normal plug-and-play video.
iContact Control
A virtual camera created by the iContact Control app. Use this when you want your Control settings — brightness, blur, overlays and so on — applied to your video. iContact Control must be open for it to work.
ProHello infrared camera
Used by Windows Hello for facial recognition. It is not meant for video calls and your image will look unusual if you select it. Use the main iContact Camera instead.
If only the infrared camera appears
The 4K camera and microphones are powered off when the camera arm is folded up — the infrared camera stays on so Windows Hello can still sign you in. If your meeting app launched while the arm was up, it only found the infrared camera.
Lower the arm, then quit and reopen the app. Meeting applications scan for cameras at launch, so a camera powered on mid-session will not appear until you restart them.
If none of them appear
Make sure the camera arm is fully lowered, then quit and reopen your video app.
